Resilience Infrastructure Finance and Development

Co-lead by Managing Director Ravi Bhalla, our resilience infrastructure finance and development practice advises municipalities, counties and states, and their private sector partners, on long-term strategic investments in infrastructure designed to create and enhance climate change resilience, with a current focus on flood / storm surge mitigation and hardening energy utilities (including undergrounding, emergency generation, and storage systems).

The practice addresses the entire life cycle: advocating for supportive state and federal legislation and regulation, local government planning, and the full stack of project financing inclusive of state and federal grants, municipal bond funding, municipal operating budget funding, and proceeds of public-private partnership investments.
